I have now had two abysmal experiences with your organization! How are you allowed to practice? The first professional I saw when I requested an endocrinologist was NOT even a doctor let alone and endocrinologist and she gave me erroneous information which delayed the care I needed. Today I have an appointment in Levittown for which you sent several appointment reminders and I'm here and I've been that told SHE'S ON VACATION. What in God's name are you doing?! Really great experience at this office. The front desk staff was super friendly and made everything easy from the moment I walked in. Check-in was quick, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. You can tell they’re on top of things and really care about making patients feel welcome.
