I had an appointment today with Dr. Karr When speaking to the receptionist, I felt she was very unprofessional and dismissive When I called regarding my prescription being on backorder, I was told it was my responsibility to ensure it was available, rather than being offered assistance or guidance on next steps. The interaction felt dismissive and not solution-oriented. "I had a fantastic experience here. I walked in with a severe sore throat and was seen within few minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Doctor provided excellent care, explaining my treatment options clearly. I left feeling much better also he listened me carefully during my whole visit. "Highly recommend for their exceptional service. The team is friendly, and the care is top-notch. They made my visit so easy!"

I brought my mom last week and she doesn’t speak much English specially medical terms, and my Spanish is not the best, but we lucked out with this clinic! Everybody was so kind and professional and one of the doctors spoke both Spanish and English and explained everything very detailed and in simple terms. My mom was beside herself to be able to talk and explain her symptoms in spanish. Definitely recommend this clinic!

I had a referral from my family doctor for another cardiologist but requested this clinic due to the stellar reviews. I have had appointments with both the cardiologist and physicians assistant, both of whom are very knowledgeable, proactive, and caring. I have referred this clinic to my own clients and even on Reddit, Facebook groups etc. Unfortunately, during these times of healthcare being understaffed in Ontario, appointments can feel rushed and impersonal. This has not been the case here. I highly recommend.

This walk-in clinic allowed me to book appointments for 2 of my boys. We were in and out within an hour. Dr. Ismail was thorough and kind to my children. The nurse and the receptionist were both friendly. The charge for a medical form to be signed was a fraction of what I was quoted at a different walk-in clinic. I would recommend this clinic if you need a walk-in clinic. The reception area is very small, and the parking is limited, but we had no problem parking on the street right in front of the clinic.
