I had an appointment today with Dr. Karr When speaking to the receptionist, I felt she was very unprofessional and dismissive When I called regarding my prescription being on backorder, I was told it was my responsibility to ensure it was available, rather than being offered assistance or guidance on next steps. The interaction felt dismissive and not solution-oriented. Was looking for a new family doctor and during the meet and greet with the new doctor I was told that there was no guarantee I would be called back from a listed business # ...in 2025? As well as no guarantee that I would see an actual licensed doctor with a medical degree and may only see "assistants" most of the time...Like the Air BNB of medicine Absolutely ridiculous negative 5 stars, do not recommend.
"I had a fantastic experience here. I walked in with a severe sore throat and was seen within few minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Doctor provided excellent care, explaining my treatment options clearly. I left feeling much better also he listened me carefully during my whole visit. This is one of those rare clinics where the doctor has great bedside manner and thoroughly checks you out based on the symptoms you report. Dr. Ismail is wonderful and I highly recommend this clinic if you want great care. The administrative staff is also quite kind.
