"I had a fantastic experience here. I walked in with a severe sore throat and was seen within few minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Doctor provided excellent care, explaining my treatment options clearly. I left feeling much better also he listened me carefully during my whole visit. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Even though I was in pain, I didn’t book an appointment because of the receptionist's unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Their lack of concern made the situation even more stressful. I expected better care and understanding from a healthcare facility
This walk-in clinic allowed me to book appointments for 2 of my boys. We were in and out within an hour. Dr. Ismail was thorough and kind to my children. The nurse and the receptionist were both friendly. The charge for a medical form to be signed was a fraction of what I was quoted at a different walk-in clinic. I would recommend this clinic if you need a walk-in clinic. The reception area is very small, and the parking is limited, but we had no problem parking on the street right in front of the clinic.
Went to the clinic recently , the staff was super friendly , very helpful and were able to fit me in on short notice which was nice because I needed a long appointment. Special thank you to Stacey who went above and beyond . Highly recommend!
My experience with The Stoney Creek Heart and Health clinic was excellent. All staff were compassionate,,friendly,,professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy I was connected to them and things got done quickly. They listened and took time with me. I would definitely recommend them for care. Thanks Phyllis Pelette
