I had an appointment today with Dr. Karr When speaking to the receptionist, I felt she was very unprofessional and dismissive When I called regarding my prescription being on backorder, I was told it was my responsibility to ensure it was available, rather than being offered assistance or guidance on next steps. The interaction felt dismissive and not solution-oriented. "I had a fantastic experience here. I walked in with a severe sore throat and was seen within few minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Doctor provided excellent care, explaining my treatment options clearly. I left feeling much better also he listened me carefully during my whole visit. "Highly recommend for their exceptional service. The team is friendly, and the care is top-notch. They made my visit so easy!"
Dr Esmaeel was very knowledgable, kind and i really enjoyed that he patiently listened to all history of my health problem. He also explains every details of the precedure to get well. Preeta ( Nurse ) at the reception also was quick and he does care about patient
This is one of those rare clinics where the doctor has great bedside manner and thoroughly checks you out based on the symptoms you report. Dr. Ismail is wonderful and I highly recommend this clinic if you want great care. The administrative staff is also quite kind.
I am new to the clinic, but thus far have received great care. I had a referral from my family doctor for another cardiologist but requested this clinic due to the stellar reviews. From reception to the doctor, everyone has been professional, attentive, and caring. Unfortunately, during these times of healthcare being understaffed in Ontario, appointments can feel rushed and impersonal. This has not been the case here. I highly recommend.
