I had an appointment today with Dr. Karr When speaking to the receptionist, I felt she was very unprofessional and dismissive When I called regarding my prescription being on backorder, I was told it was my responsibility to ensure it was available, rather than being offered assistance or guidance on next steps. The interaction felt dismissive and not solution-oriented. "I had a fantastic experience here. I walked in with a severe sore throat and was seen within few minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Doctor provided excellent care, explaining my treatment options clearly. I left feeling much better also he listened me carefully during my whole visit. "Highly recommend for their exceptional service. The team is friendly, and the care is top-notch. They made my visit so easy!"
This is one of those rare clinics where the doctor has great bedside manner and thoroughly checks you out based on the symptoms you report. Dr. Ismail is wonderful and I highly recommend this clinic if you want great care. The administrative staff is also quite kind.
I brought my mom last week and she doesn’t speak much English specially medical terms, and my Spanish is not the best, but we lucked out with this clinic! Everybody was so kind and professional and one of the doctors spoke both Spanish and English and explained everything very detailed and in simple terms. My mom was beside herself to be able to talk and explain her symptoms in spanish. Definitely recommend this clinic!
