Don't go here. The services they use are terrible and slow
I have been trying to initiate a new patient visit with them. First visit was cancelled without any reasons provided upon arrival…the 2nd one, I was told the appointment was at 11:15am (turns out to be a 11:00 am appointment with 15 mins “grace period”) and when I got the 2nd floor and started talking to the front desk, it turned to 11:16 so I was told I had to be re-scheduled…don’t think I will be going back.
Support staff are wonderful. Some Physicians are very ‘hands off’ just endlessly refer, nothing gets resolved, your just shuffled off to another long, expensive line elsewhere. More health administration than health care. Typical of most places. However- if you’re lucky enough to find the right doctor for you then it completely flips the experience, it’s great. Third time was a charm with finding my current doctor who is amazing.
Shoutout to Dr Starr for being one of the best family practice doctors I’ve had. She listens to my health plans, and helps me where needed. This is a great place to be treated at.
