Summary: I’ve interacted with 3 doctors there. 1 was nice, the other 2 were completely unprofessional and didn’t want to deal with patients. ——— My original PCP was Dr. Springfield and he was fine, which is why I’m giving them a 2 star. However, I needed to get a Pap smear, so I requested female doctor. This was a mistake because she was so unbelievably unprofessional. It was Dr. Teneisha Davis. My wife and I are both new patients and we each had our new patient appointments with Dr. Jill Schaeffer. It was an "Outstanding" experience from check in to check out! The staff are exceptionally friendly and competent. The facility is spotless and well maintained.
Dr Jerome and the whole team are amazing.
The whole practice is filled with incompetent physicians. I had Dr. Sarah Starr who has departed as of this review. She put me on 5 MG of Rosuvastatin and the cholesterol test came back high. Obviously needing a higher dosage, she left me at 5 MG and thus I departed as I had enough. As many reviews state, the doctors don't listen, don't take action to correct a problem and fail in every aspect of family medicine. They just sit there and listen to you. Ordering test without seeing patient and without consent. Canceled test and practice rescheduled so they can run through insurance then I cant get tests when I might actually need them.
