The experience was deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially as a 20 year-old female patient. The staff member assigned to perform the EKG clearly lacked proper training or experience, they struggled with the machine for an extended period, leaving me exposed from the waist up for about 20-25 minutes while lying on the exam table. This place used to be a nice family practice ran by kind people up front. They were flexible and responsive. Kind and helpful. Now, that is not the case. Many times you’ll sit in the office waiting to be seen, late for the appointment that you have set. But if you’re late, no flexibility, they just cancel the appointment. Also, no advice over the phone even for simple things. You must make an appt so they can bill your insurance. This office has been in Apex for years and provides consistent quality care with compassion and kindness from all staff.
