This office has been in Apex for years and provides consistent quality care with compassion and kindness from all staff.
So we have the same insurance coverage, same clinic (UNC) when we moved from Holly Springs to Apex. I LOVED the UNC Holly Springs and my doctor there. When we moved here, I set up my annual wellness checkup several months in advance. I made sure it was at least 12 months from the past wellness checkup. I went in for the checkup and was told there will be 25 dollar copay. I never had to pay copay for annual wellness checkup. I met the Doctor and got the regular checkup done. Arrived promptly for scheduled appointment as requested (at 8:15). . Appointment at 8:30. Now 9:00 and still not seen. Waited over a month to get an appointment post hospitalization and couldn’t even see my own physician.
