I had a scheduled medical transportation ride today January 15th at 1pm. here it is now 1:54pm and they still arent here. haven't answered any of the 40 phone calls I made to them and they lied saying they came to get me and called me both of which arent true because ive been sitting outside in my driveway freezing since 1pm. I've told my insurance i no longer wish to use their services ever again.
I love heart 2 heart they do a amazing job taking care their seniors they always come out and check on them the workers treat them like family
