Shipra was and is extremely helpful and professional . Becky on reception is super helpful too . I was advised to call at Hearsmart Hearing by my doctor hence I was in the dark regarding hearing aids . Shipra walked me through all options available , took the time to fully explain without any pressure . The result has been absolutely brilliant .
