I was searching for an audiologist since I moved a year and a half ago. I had some trouble with my hearing aids so I found Dr. Feldman who was quite close to my home. I called a few, but the minute I spoke to Dr. Michael, he was easily the most personable, kind, and accommodating of all of the doctors I had spoken to to that point. I am so happy I found you! Michael, I have been wearing hearing aids since I was about 5 years old and to be honest you are the best. Audiologist I ever come across you really take care of my needs with no issues at all and I really like the hearing aids. They are very awesome quality. Thank you so much! My first impression was the one to one professionalism of Dr. Fellman. It started with a full explanation of the testing procedures; then a complete exam in the hearing booth. Followed by a discussion on the best aids for my specific hearing loss. I give a two thumbs up. I was anticipating a hard up-sell when I went for my hearing test, but was pleasantly surprised that after the test, and my hearing being well within the normal range, he took the time to discuss an issue and refer me to an ENT. I appreciate the clear explanation and the quality of expertise.
