H.E.A.R.S. is the real deal. Kathy has taken care of my 90 yrs old aunt for 2 years now. When my Aunt moved from CT to NY, I knew I had to find an audiologist. Kathy is VERY knowledgeable, kind, caring, compassionate, helpful human being who has consistently treated my aging aunt with dignity. I'm so happy to have found H.E.A.R.S.
They were excellent. Never rushed for time. Answered all my questions. Nice people ,glad I used them.
Kathy gives such detailed care. Losing your hearing not great but having dedicated person giving you the best outcome a real plus.
I could not have been more pleased with the quality of service and overall attentiveness, professionalism and personal care I experienced. Forever greatful and sincerly appreciative of the HEARS staff.
