I could not have been more pleased with the quality of service and overall attentiveness, professionalism and personal care I experienced. Forever greatful and sincerly appreciative of the HEARS staff. Kathleen is a through audiologist and caregiver. I will also say, a very personable individual who keeps abreast of current audiological services and products. Eileen, her A.A. / Patient Care Coordinator, is phenomenal. Always available when questions or situations arise.

Nothing wrong with my hearing. Went there for one thing for my job exam which they did not approve. So I have to go elsewhere now at additional expense. Exams are completely SUBJECTIVE and your tests are decided in advance when they see your age. Totally disappointed and they should be your advocate as a medical provider rather than your adversary and work with you to get a passing score. Did not approve of my needed application for work and my hearing is fine . Have to go elsewhere and still have to pay again and my job is on the line. Exam is totally subjective and absolute NOT objective. They go by your age and decide in advance. Tests are worthless.
