Great clinic staff and specific surgery was 100% helpful definitely a great choice didn’t regret it.
I had the pleasure of going to see Dr. Yeung. Both at the Irving & Plano location. His staff is amazing. Jaii, Melanie, Regina, Andrea(andy), Stephanie, and of course Maxie the practice manager. They introduced themselves basically as soon as I walked in. I am really good with names, I will never forget them! Highly recommend this practice.
I arrived thirty minutes late because I mistakenly thought my appointment was at 2:30 instead of 2:00. The front desk was kind enough to check if the next patient would arrive. But when they didn’t show, I was still told the audiologist couldn’t fit me in, even though I was only there for a quick hearing aid fit check and to pick up extra pieces. After driving half an hour there and over an hour home, I had to reschedule for two weeks later. I understand policies matter, but I wish there had been a little flexibility.
