I have been with Hear Now going on 2 years and have been 100% pleased with Danica and the customer service. From day one every visit has gone smooth and without complications. HearNow solves problems with my husband's hearing aids proactively. Unlike other hearing aid vendors, HearNow schedules follow up appointments proactively rather than leaving it to us to call if we experience a problem. The customer and technical service are great. I highly recommend this business.
