We were in today with an appt for my daughter. Our appt was at 11:15 a.m. I let the secretary know we were there. I got no response from her as she was on the phone for 40 mins!! Thats fine understandable she had lots to talk about, could be the reason we can never get through when we try to call. 1 hr 45 mins of waiting with no acknowledgement at all that we were even there and waiting that long. Dr. Hearnden was the best, I never cared for his replacement Dr.Waring the first time I met him but heard he has left now, Steven Waring told me I shouldnt have been feeling any discomfort from a recent collar bone break when I clearly was from time to time affecting my performance at work and cut me off from everything I had been prescribed on the very first visit I had with him, including a sleep aid I was using between my off the wall shift changes...I never ever abused any medication and only filled the prescriptions whe... read more
