Dr.Kim is phenomenal, and so worth waiting the couple weeks that it took for my daughters appointment. The receptionist and tech/aide were phenomenal too! Dr.Kim is very personable and beyond remarkable with his bedside manners!! My 11 year old daughter felt comfortable and really liked Dr.Kim as well. It was our first visit and we were extremely pleased. Drove almost 1 hr 20 minutes but it was totally worth it!

The Staff and Dr. Temmermand are wonderful! They don't make you feel like you're just another problem they have to deal with in their day. They are friendly and compassionate. Dr. Temmermand is warm and has a good sense of humor which I find is important especially when I'm having a health issue. Appointments are easy to get and are on time - which is rare, in my experience, when I have to see a specialist. Highly recommend!
On time. Representative was very willing to listen and discuss any issues encountered with the hearing aids. Cleaned and serviced the units in a timely manner
