Great Service, Friendly Staff One of my Phonak hearing aids went haywire (cycling through the manual programs on its own). Since I had purchased them out of state, I called Phonak to find out what I should do. They told me I had 3 days left on the warranty and to take them to any Phonak dealer for repair. The first dealer I called said there would be a charge of $250, which seemed pretty reasonable considering how much the hearing aids cost.
