Amy's mobile hearing service is exceptional. She is friendly and knowledgeable and the audio test was easy and efficient. She submitted the audiogram to my insurer and they notified me they received it within the hour. I also received the same audiogram via email, with a detailed report, within a few hours after the appointment. I would defintely use her for any future hearing tests.
I will — and have! — recommended Amy to everyone I know who is having hearing difficulties. Not only is she incredibly personable and knowledgeable in her field, but she also makes the whole somewhat daunting experience of being a first-time hearing aid user manageable, and even exciting. I’m so happy with my new hearing aids and I appreciated her convenient house calls and personalized service.

I am so impressed with HearingWorks of Austin! I left my previous audiologist because of poor service: unreturned phone calls, difficulty getting appointments, etc. My experience with Amy at HearingWorks is the complete opposite. She is extremely responsive, and usually returns my calls and emails within the hour, which is way above and beyond my expectations.
