UPDATE to original review: After the rough beginning, Hearing Life has been wonderful! I did get my insurance billed directly, Brandy went above and beyond to see that I received my hearing aides and Jeff has been fantastic as well. I am a very satified customer of Hearing Life of Whiteville, NC Making the appointment was quick, arrived at appointment and was called on-time. Audiologist did hearing test and was very good. Everyone was nice and was able to g o right in no waiting
Great experience. My only complaint is the cost of hearing aids and hearing life not excepting insurance. This is a total out of pocket cost.
