Friendly and knowledgeable staff .They listen to your concerns.
One of my 6 year old hearing aids sadly died. I made an appointment to see if it could be resurrected. I saw Tricia and found out it was truly dead. I bought a new Intent 1 while there. Tricia made it seamless. She got it to work with my phone before I left and explained how this new one works. I was impressed.
Excellent service. Very polite and helpful.
