The receptionist was nice , friendly and helpful. This was about promoting the newest hearing aid Oticon Intent . The price was well over 7000.00 dollars. The audiologist was not too friendly, rather gave impression , that she needs to sell this product. I am still using the Oticon over 4 years old . I am 90 years old and I really can’t effort to buy them . I felt like to be in some kind of dealership more then in doctors office .
Every visit to hearing life on Richmo d ave is a 10. Sofya, the audiologist is caring, very patient and knowledgeable.Kayla, who runs the front desk is the sweetest young woman. I would recommend this office to everyone who has hearing issues. I am a very happy patient. I
