The only issue i had was your call center had no idea of the schedule at the local office so I had to ke ep rescheduling my appointment

Such a great placing. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Appts on time, yet always manage to get you help if you need to come in on the fly. Dr. Mary Goodacre is beyond competent regarding the testing of your hearing and getting you fit with the best device! Everything is handled graciously, and efficiently. Margie at the front end of the office always is helpful, kind, and compassionate. Always tries to accommodate the clients for inbetween check ins and assist if any issues arise with your aid.
