Took care of my issues in minutes very courteous. Jordon did a very good job helping me out with my issues.
Dr McShane is very warm and professional. Judy in the front office is very helpful. Nothing but positive about this practice!
I booked an online appointment to visit the South Burlington office. Their appointment scheduled never got on the appointment sheet. Therefore, when I arrived from my appointment, the office was closed. After placing a phone call and audiologist answered and indicated that she was on site. She was willing to see me. Had to have my hearing aids serviced. I appreciate her response to my immediate presence and need. However, the reservation system needs some work.
