Friendly people pleasant offices but could not get hearing test due to wax buildup in both ears. Have rescheduled after getting wax removed
What a nice, friendly office. From being offered coffee to chatting with the receptionists. They were very personable. The audiologist explained each test. It was a relaxing environment. Thank you
The young doctor who served me was thorough, efficient, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Took her time and explained everything as we went along and answered any questions that I had. No hard sell and the only reason I didn’t buy my hearing aids from her was an insurance problem (surprise, surprise) Explained that because of cost reasons that I would be going through the VA instead, no complaints, said that everyone should get the free hearing test anyway!
