Wonderful experience very professional
The receptionist was fine but after that my visit was a disaster. In March I brought one of my resound hearing aids to send out for repair. I paid a fee of $45. A week later I was charged $150 for the repair. This time I was quoted a price of $500 before It was even sent out to be looked at and or repaired. At one point the woman dropped my aid on the floor. So I complained and left.
Great experience. Very understanding. Excellent!!!
