Olivia was knowledgeable in her area of expertise with hearing. Professional and conducted herself in a friendly calming manner. I was happy to get results that my hearing was actually okay and writhing normal limits but she recommended me going to an ENT for more advanced medical evaluation as I still have issues hearing but may be an inner ear problem. My visit was very good. The receptionist and Olivia were nice and took care of all my issues.
Very pleased with my recent visit. Staff are pleasant and doctor as well. He was proficient and kind. Facility is attractive and very clean. I will continue to go here in the future.
