Kelly performed a new hearing test and checked my hearing aides. But my right hearing aid isn’t working right . She changed the battery. These women make sure you’re satisfied when you leave!
Would give more stars if possible! Kelly goes above and beyond to help her clients! It's obvious that she cares about people more than the almighty dollar. (Which is very hard to find these days.) During the initial visit she took time to fix my husband's old hearing aid so he would have 2 working until we get the new ones. That hearing aid was not bought from Hearing Life. The office where it was purchased wanted to charge us $450.00 to send it off with no guarantees it would be fixed. In the future we will only do business... read more
