I waited in the waiting area for over 20 minutes while the Dr. had a very personal conversation with the previous patient. I left as my time was not considered important. They rescheduled my appointment without even consulting me on date and time. I ket them know I would not be returning - and the email they sent back gave me instructions to reschedule if I wanted. They are a large organization and apparently do not care about the patient's time.
Barbara’s knowledge is very extensive. She listens to your hearing issues and helps you hear better. The office staff is very attentive and friendly.
