My first impression was how clean and organized the place is. In addition, each person’s demeanor was warm and professional. Dr. Pierce made me feel at ease while she tested my hearing and she took time to listen to and gave useful and clear information to me. I left the office feeling, “I can feel comfortable as a patient here.”
Just picked up my new hearing aids from HearingLife yesterday. Dr. Pierce and the entire staff have always been professional, helpful and pleasant. Strongly suggest that anyone who needs or think they may need hearing aids to set up a consultation with them.
The audiologist was very knowledgeable and informative. She covered every detail of the advantages in the use of the hearing device and answered every one of my questions with a lot of patience. She also let me try the best alternative she could offer for my needs.
I found that my experience was very good with Dr Pierce helped me get to hearing aids that worked well for me
