My hearing aid wasn't working and I saw the reviews for HearingLife of Rice Lake and decided to give them a try. I am sure glad that I did! Dianne was very helpful and had it fixed in not time at all. She could have said I needed expensive repairs and I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead she thought there might just be some wax in the tube, got it out and that was it. I would highly recommend HearingLife of Rice Lake ~ and I live an hour away from there.
