Very professional and helpful
Had a hearing test. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I purchased aids from Hearing Life almost 4 years ago. Recently, they contacted me to come in for inspection, cleaning, and if needed update the settings on my devices. I was also given a hearing test to determine if I had experienced any additional hearing loss. The technician was very helpful and attentive and gave me tips to help me get the most from my devices. If you have hearing challenges, these folks are a good choice.
Very nice very helpful and not trying to get you in and out. Answered all my question before I left. Over and above of what I would expect.
Very professional! I was experiencing a problem with one of my hearing aids, and it was quickly and completely corrected.
