Christine is the best Hearing Life support person I have encountered in four offices in three different states + Oticon phone support. She is also the most accessible and pleasant to work with. I have had numerous connectivity issues while streaming, and still have reception problems when carrying my phone on my hip while running. Now I wear a belt to carry my phone off the hip and that works fine since Christine updated the software and instructed me to restart my phone before streaming music on the run.
