Tracy at the front desk is always friendly and helpful and follows through with appointments. It's so good to have Kathleen back. She's also always friendly and helpful and so thorough at her professional expertise.
Shop for hearing aids! The lifetime warranty on mine apparently expires with obsolescence. Admitted mine are seven years old, but had to pay 150$ to have a new wire installed on the guaranteed for life aids. The aids I have I am satisfied with, and realize they are due for replacement. But going in for visit is like going to a car dealership anymore.
Attention to detail, level of professionalism, communication and helping me feel comfortable could not have been better. As far as I am concerned there is zero room for improvement. It is very rare for me to write reviews, but they deserve to know that they are appreciated!
