Karen was wonderful. She explained the results of the hearing test and described the difference between the hearing aids. She is so veeeerrry knowledgeable. She is a great asset to your company !!
It's good not great
What a wonderful experience. We ended up here after visiting a competitor closer to home. Unlike that provider, Karen was simply helpful without any attempt to up sell. In fact, no attempt to sell at all! Friendly, professional and helpful. I would like to go back just to visit, but will definitely be going there with any and all hearing aid related issues and questions. This is definitely where you want to be!!
