Karen is a pleasure to work with. She really explains everything in language you can understand. I absolutely love the hearing aids she sold me. In fact I can’t wait to put them in in the morning because I can hear so much better than I could with my previous hearing aids and I totally love the comfort zone you can use and don’t have any background noise. I highly recommend them.
