Was very impressed with the tech and the service I recvd.. she not only did my test but also went over all my options..
Jennifer in reception was very helpful and cooperative as I changed my appointment several times and then arrived a little late. My hearing technician, Karen Hulet, was once again very courteous and professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my test results and then sold me on a new pair of hearing aids with the latest technology. I’ve been to several other Hearing Life offices and the Ocala, Florida folks are the best!
The staff here is great. Very through testing and evaluation. A kind and thoughtful experience.
