I cannot say enough, good things about Hearing Life. I worked with Karen and on my first visit. She was warm and welcoming. Tried to help me with the problem I was having with my hearing aids. Unfortunately, Karen had to send my hearing aids back to Oticon And they were back within the week replaced . Karen gave me a hearing test and she was very clear on what I had to do. I was taken immediately without an appointment. Karen was so very helpful. I had been a client 6 yrs ago in my home state. She let me know that I never have a bill again. They take care of their clients no matter where you are.
Tech was friendly and professional. Good information and did not get a hard sell which i was appreciative of.
My recent experience at Hearing Life was exceptional! Karen was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. As this visit was fitting for my first hearing aids, she took the time to answer all of my questions, throughly explained the different programs, and made certain I was completely comfortable before leaving. I highly recommend Hearing Life.
