I have been going to hearing care locations for my whole life, and even after just one visit I can say that Dr. Brown is easily the best audiologist I have ever visited. At first I was nervous since I was coming for the first time to this new location after the West Mifflin location had closed. I was very pleased with the service my step father received by the office assistant and the doctor. The doctor called me with the results the same day. Dr. Brown was very thorough as she explained to me the results of my step father’s exam.
The staff at Monroeville are very accommodating and friendly. Dr Brown is very knowledgeable. She always has answers to our questions and explains things so we can understand. I would recommend this place definitely!
I always have a good experience when I go for my exams. Dr. Brown is very informative, and helpful with whatever questions I have. Holly the receptionist is very nice and upbeat.
