Very professional. Shelby always has a smile and caring attitude when working with my 94 year old mother.
I would never recommend someone to a place that lacks professionalism like this one. Really, I shouldn’t blame the whole facility when there was just one person who treated my grandma with incredible disrespect. My grandma has a lot of anxiety and trouble with arthritis and the hearing aids were something she was having too hard of a time getting used to.
