The staff was very nice and caring. Gave me the best advice when caring for my ears and hearing. Would go here again!
I brought my mother in law here, all I can say is wow! We worked with John and he was very kind and upfront from the moment we came in. I have not had a experience this good with a doctor in a long time I would recommend this practice and John to anyone and everyone! He went above and beyond to ensure that my mother in law had everything she needed, overall 15/10 experience!
Outstanding. If I could I would give John 6 stars. The appointment started exactly on time. John assessed my current hearing aids, made adjustments based on my concerns. The aids are significantly improved after the visit. He listened well and explained clearly everything he was doing as he progressed. I have been very disappointed by hearing aid professionals in the past. I Highly recommend John.
