After 1 appt I feel very comfortable with this company. Talked straight forward and was very familiar with the Oticon product I’m using.
My mother purchased Oticon hearing aids two years ago through HearingLife. She was given a very thorough initial examination and not rushed. The audiologist was helpful in determining insurance coverage when we purchased the aids. We now had a problem with one hearing aid, which stopped working. It was still under warranty and it was sent to and repaired by Oticon free of charge. I came in for a hearing test, and left with hearing aids custom programed for my specific hearing loss . And they are comfortable !! I love them. Unlike the mail order ones I’ve tried before. They work , they fit , I’m happy.
Dr. Santerelli has been so kind and patient with my 100 yo mom. New hearing aids have increased her quality of life tremendously. We are so glad we found Hearing Life of Medina!
