Dr. S and the staff at the Medina Hearing Life are amazing! Dr. S explained everything to me: the different tests, my audiogram, different hearing aids. I am a sign language interpreter and rely heavily on being able to hear in a variety of settings. I appreciated the time she took explaining my options. I struggled with the fit of my hearing aids, so she was great at getting me in quickly for adjustments!
Dr. Santarelli is amazing. 10/10, she is very knowledgeable not only with hearing, but meeting clients needs. Very courteous, kind, and the best audiologist around.
