Very professional while still friendly. The hearing test was insightful I look forward to getting my new hearing aids.
I complained about the hearing aids saying they always kept falling off. Lori compared them with my old ones and ground that the old ones were a #2, and these new ones were a #3. So she expertly replaced the parts, I wore them today, and they were just fine.
