Ms.Delvin-Steele was very patient and knows. She explained the benefits/costs/capabilities of each level of hearing aid. I tried each one on and chose Level 3. I am very satisfied with my choice. She also arranged for a payment plan that day. I left with the hearing aid and could not have been happier.
Had a great appointment, as usual! Good people work in this office. Tested my hearing and nothing has changed. Discussed new hearing aids types and costs going up soon.
