Really am happy with Dr. Clarke. She's very kind and she cares about her patients. She always has a smile too. 😁
Dr. Clark was able to program my hearing aids in a way that I have been requesting for years that nobody else said they could do. She said she can program them to do just about whatever you want. She is the best. I have used many different doctors for my hearing aids in several different cities. I didn't think anybody could be better than my previous doctor. But she is. She listens well and understands exactly what I want. And she's very passionate about her work. I can tell she really cares.
Awesome place doctors very friendly very professional offices clean peaceful environment I would recommend going there to have your hearing checked very professional and you can tell they're there to help you
Dr. Clark was super informative and helpful. She explained my test and what the next steps are. She was incredibly thorough explaining my hearing and my aids. She sat down and made sure I knew how to take care of the hearing aids before I left. There was no expectation of that I had to leave with a pair of hearing aids. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this office.
The new doctor in the office is fantastic! She gave me an update to my hearing aids without charging as everything was still under warranty. She did not try and sell me new hearing aids and gave me adjustments to help my hearing aids function better.
