RecommendedAndrea is very professional and takes the time to give you a hearing test and fittings. I was very disappointed that the company would charge me $500 to put a volume piece in my old hearing aid that I bought there so that I could use it for a backup!
I went in because I had a problem keeping the devices in my ears. She changed the mm of the devices, but didn't bother to clean or check out the devices. For $7300., I would expect more. This is the only time, I have ever needed any service.
