I have been without a functional hearing aid for almost two months. I can understand your business being closed because of Covid. What I can’t understand is why every time I called I could not talk to a real person. I made several trips to your business. The last time I went there was someone in the office but they wouldn’t come to the door. After paying $5000 I would expect to be treated better than this.
