Stephanie is wonderful with my mom.
I took my 93 year old mother to see if there was anyway she could get hearing aides and hear. She is so deaf. She was treated very nicely and had to do some hearing tests. She was fitted with hearing aides and several adjustments were made, but she could hear again. It was a great experience.
Samantha was excellent to work with.i have been wearing aids since I was 8 yes old. Each aid I get I can tell the new technology. I wish I had these great aids in high school and college. I would have had a much better life. She explained the aids and the difference in my old ones and the new ones I am getting in simple language. I enjoy working with both Samantha and Alex they are great.
Samantha an Mario were very helpful in choosing the right hearing aid for my mother. They both explained everything well and and very thorough with the testing. I would highly recommend HearingLife of Greendale.
Very friendly service. I had a problem with my right hearing aid. Repaired it on the spot. My wife was relieved I could hear her again .lol
