I have had hearing aids for a long time, but was never really trained on proper usage. Hearing Life of Green Bay did that plus. Thank you Jim and Hearing Life.
Still working with these folks for my wife's hearing aid. Seems like the only price they know is $5,500 let's hope they stay in business long enough to honor the warranty. Back twice to adjust and clean. Extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly.
On vacation in GB and had a problem with my Phonak hearing aids. The service was very pleasant and very professional with positive results. Thanks again.
Tim always a real professional when I do to Hearing Life. So nice, efficient, I feel like he knows his stuff...and he hasn't been with HL for long. This visit about potential new hearing aid...I have my doubts that any new AI tech can improve my hearing to any degree...for $3800, Still not decided..I will call Tim in a couple of days to let him know.
