Tim listens to my concerns and quickly addresses them to improve my hearing. He’s very knowledgeable. He wastes no time helping me. He is the best technician ever placed in this office. I hope he never gets transferred.
I have never had such a through exam before at hearing life! Tim actually listened to the problems I have been having lately with my old hearing aides and patiently nailed everyone of them even missing his break😉.I can’t wait to go back when he will set everything up on my phone! It was nice to see how happy he was when I could actually hear and understand what my husband was saying-I was pretty happy myself! So thank you Tim and Brenda for being so nice😊.
