Professional, polite and caring. All aspects were explained well!
I was given an appointment on the same day that I called. Both the receptionist and the hearing specialist were polite, efficient and helpful. I have a problem in that Hearing Life does not allow me to use my insurance benefits. I am looking elsewhere for hearing aids.
