These folks are amazing and always go beyond the call to assist us in every way!
My Hearing Specialist, Angela was very polite & knowledgeable. Upon checking my ears, she discovered that my hearing test could not be performed because of the inability to see my eardrums because of the wax buildup in my ears, and that I would need to see my PCP or ENT to get them cleaned first, then come back for my actual Hearing Test.
