Today, 4 years after an initial repair visit , we returned to Hearing Life to purchase a new hearing aid because the old hearing aid was beyond repair. The examiner was very patient and attentive while testing my hearing. She was very courteous and spent a lot of time explaining the new hearing aid and benefits of purchasing from Hearing Life. It was an amazing experience. The staff was so nice! My grandpa was so happy with the service and the staff was patient with him making sure he understood the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.
Love Heather and Victoria! Heather warmly received me and serviced my hearing aids and Victoria was very easy to talk to... She tested my hearing and we talked about options. I felt no pressure to do anything. Btw, I am a return client. Earlier this year my hearing aids stopped working. Victoria got me right in and fixed the issues. So grateful!
