Staff very friendly. Addressed the need in a very professional manner.
It was an amazing experience. The staff was so nice! My grandpa was so happy with the service and the staff was patient with him making sure he understood the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.
Love Heather and Victoria! Heather warmly received me and serviced my hearing aids and Victoria was very easy to talk to... She tested my hearing and we talked about options. I felt no pressure to do anything. Btw, I am a return client. Earlier this year my hearing aids stopped working. Victoria got me right in and fixed the issues. So grateful!

I tried but my previous comment disappeared. This appointment exceeded my expectations. Initially I had the pleasure of speaking with the receptionist, Heather, several times. She was very helpful and easy to speak with. She is a fine asset to the company. I found Victoria Norman to be not only very knowledgeable about hearing loss but also kind and caring. She provided me with hope that although I may have profound hearing loss she would be able to provide me with hearing aids that would be be beneficial for the advancing y... read more
