Joey is the best! He provides the test and thoroughly explains the results. He doesn’t try to up sale you but provides the available options. Really enjoyed the experience and awesome customer service.
My dad has dimensia and can barely hear the Dr was very nice and tried hard even though my dad wouldn't cooperate.
We were served coffee while we waited for the doctor. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The doctor explained clearly what our issues are and how to resolve them.
Needed rechargeable battery replaced. Also had hearing exam. Dr. Joey was very thorough and informative. I recommend if you have any hearing issues go see Dr. Joey.
