My aunt was visiting from Illinois and needed her hearing aids serviced. Hearing life was very helpful. We found a very kind and helpful staff. Not only were they able to assist with the hearing aid part she needed but cleaned them for her also. We highly recommend Hearing Life Pam
I'm glad I stopped in after seeing a "free hearing test" sign. I had begun having concerns with tinnitus and difficulty hearing with clarity. I was able to get an appointment the following day. I was very happy with my experience. The audiologist is very patient and took his time with me. The tests were thorough, and I learned a lot. The staff are professional, compassionate and caring. The testing was thorough. The audiologist fitted me with an aid that would meet all my hearing needs.
Joey is the best! He provides the test and thoroughly explains the results. He doesn’t try to up sale you but provides the available options. Really enjoyed the experience and awesome customer service.
My dad has dimensia and can barely hear the Dr was very nice and tried hard even though my dad wouldn't cooperate.
