Joey is terrific.
Great service! I have hearing aids from the VA and it takes about 4 weeks to get them sent in and repaired. Hearing Life said they would look at them and give me an estimated on repair as I was willing to pay if the repairs weren’t too high, because I wanted them repaired as soon as possible. They found out my hearing aids we’re still under warranty, sent them to the company for repairs. Apx 10 days my hearing aids we’re back and NO CHARGE! For sure a honest and great place for hearing aids.
Joseph provided the best customer service. I didn't wear my hearing aids for the first two years. Joseph adjusted the programming and changed the type of plastic cone and I've been wearing them ever since. So happy now!
