Receptionist Laura informed everyone else that came into office and gave info that the FarmVille office was closing , and gave them paperwork, she did not inform us of anything ! I guess we don’t count !

Great customer service.
It was a great visit. The testing for hearing is simple and fast. The doctor was friendly and smart. She explained my results in an easy way to understand, showing me the graph chart to help understand it better. She explained how the hear aids I would be getting worked and an AI in them that made them superior and that I could use as ipods and other cool stuff. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when talking to her on the phone and in person.
