We received great service. They have helped my husband when he's came by for supplies. The make him feel comfortable and I am thankful for them
Honestly, although I need to get my ears cleaned first, I was impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and honesty exhibited of the staff - the technician could have done the test and told me something was wrong instead of recommending that I get the wax buildup removed before I get the test done! I was really impressed with that and I will be returning to make sure my hearing is what it is!
