Friendly, professional, knowledgeable.
The atmosphere is welcoming when you walk through the door. The receptionist is so wonderful and kind. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting area. The dotor she's also caring, she makes sure your comfortable with everything she does, she explains things to you and she actually ask you questions and she listens to what you have to say.
