Everyone was very nice and helpful
Horrible Business!! My Aunt Patricia Bible has gone to them 3 times trying to get her hearing aids right. The family is very upset with the treatment and unprofessionalism from this company. I personally spoke to Katrina today. She basically ignored all of our concerns about this situation and told us to take her to somewhere else. They need to be swapped out for a different pair so she can hear. She went last week again and had no help. They sent her home with a chain to attach to her ear to her top. Katrina was very thorough in explaining all parts of the test as being done and the results also. She was very easy to talk to and showed a personal interest in my current needs I would definitely recommend her to others.
