The place is clean, neat and with pleasant people. I am however somewhat dismayed as a procedure which I believe is unnecessary and potentially dangerous was suggested
I misunderstood the time of my appointment. He called and reminded me of the appointment. I got there within my time limit to get back my hearing aids. So glad I did, I can so much better.
I was disappointed that he could not compare my hearing results to previous ones.A
