Thanks for setting up walk in hours. Very convenient!
Awful! I set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance. They call me a week before because they double booked however I told them I couldn’t reschedule. So they told me they would reschedule the other person. Come the day of the appointment, I get my wife to come with me at the request of Hearinglife and get day care for my child. We show up to the appointment and they couldn’t see me. The British woman at the desk tried to tell me that they call but there was no message, emails or texts. She lied to my face. Their 1-2 PM drop in policy makes mid-year check-ins efficient. The person at the front desk is very personable and helpful in person and on the phone.
