Very helpful and good service and they treated my concerns and helped me with what I needed
They are very curtious they sit and talk to you, about what your exepering , my Dad was hard Hearing ,And they tested his Hearing found Out he was totally death in his left ear and partical in his right , they got him 2 Hearing Aid's and He can hear again .....
So far I have been treated kindly and respectfully but I haven’t received my hearing aids yet so I feel that this request for feedback is premature I just completed my second visit. I received my hearing aides 5 years ago and they have been working flawlessly. Anytime I had an issue with them, I went to the Caro location and was taken care of quickly and professionally and for free! Ken tested me recently and was great to work with.
