Wow was I wrong. Hearing Life sold me out. When I originally purchased my hearing aids I asked them to program them for various situations (like in a crowd noisy room or outdoors, etc.) Heather told me “No that all I needed was volume control until I got used to them and my hearing aids got used to my environment. Heather told me this twice. Now after having them for a year Hearing Life says to program them it will cost me $100 per hearing aid! Heather had to know this all along. Came in for a 3 year check up. Cory did a hearing test and tuned up my hearing aids. They are working 100 percent better now
