Heather is trying very hard to get the hearing aides to help me. I’ve been coming a while, probably more often than most but the receptionist was very rude to me in the beginning . It more more her attitude than what she said. She hasn’t been there when I have come lately . I have a feeling she plans it that way . She makes me feel like I wish I had never gone there . Heather though, she tries very hard to help me.

It was a great experience, unfortunately I have some underlying medical problem and couldn't get hearing aids at this time. I have an appointment with ENT specialist. After that I will be going back to Heather at Hearing Life of Bad Axe to get some hearing aids. Heather was very thorough and caring throughout my whole hearing test. I highly recommend Heather at Hearing Life of Bad Axe Michigan!
Friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Patient needs seemed to be #1 priority.
