The Hearing Life technician in Bad Axe is very nice to work with. She is knowledgeable and friendly and available.
Went there because I had a problem with my left hearing aid and wasn’t sure if it was covered under warranty (moved from out of state) and heather was amazing and provided me with amazing help and was able to fix it! I was very happy and was glad I found them!
Came in on a whim when I saw they had free hearing assessments. I had to wait a bit, but I just showed up so that’s understandable. The person was nice and took time to explain things clearly
