The staff is super friendly and wonderful. The part I have issue with is the service plan price. 2 years ago it was under $200 a year and now it’s over $400. I believe it is a manipulation to force people into the 3 year plan which is sad since a good amount of your customers are on fixed income.

I visited Hearing Life in Brea, CA. Dr. Yeh thoroughly tested my ears and fine tuned the issues with my hearing loss. After explaining the problems, she had me try on a test pair. Even though I have a 45 day trial period, I purchased a new pair with the complete confidence my hearing will be impoved. Thank you, Dr. Yeh!
