Communication is a problem. I couldn't get clear answers to my questions. I need to know what I'm getting with such a large investment.
Very good service and great people and helpful I know them only by their service for my hearing
Gerard looked after my father in law who came into the city with hearing aids from another vendor in the city that gave him absolute no satisfaction or service. My father in law absolutely loves his hearing aids and cannot say enough about the professionalism, compassion and welcome feeling he experienced with Gerard.
